Faith and study
A chapter of the Bible studied with a group, and a classic of Christian thought read slowly, with notes that last.
Study notes, commentaries and reading journals are an old practice. These two recipes give that practice a library that can be searched, quizzed and shared with a group: your assistant gathers the background and drafts the questions, and you shape them into something worth an evening.
The assistant organises the study; it does not rule on doctrine or replace a teacher. Samples quote public-domain translations, and each recipe names the permissions to check before you quote a modern one.
